SHIPPING METHODS

We ship with our logistic partners DHL Express or UPS.

Our deliveries are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as you have received your delivery and confirmed it in writing, the insurance covers expires.

DELIVERY COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping within Europe is free for orders with a value of 400 euros or more (except for express delivery). Shipping to the US will be charged as mentioned in the list enclosed.

The shipping method available for each country, as well as the delivery costs and delivery times, can be found below:

Germany

‍Standard 6 EUR – 2-4 working days

‍Express 19 EUR – 1-2 working days

European Union

Standard 15 EUR – 3-6 working days

‍Express 29 EUR – 2-3 working days

United States

DHL Express 40 USD – 4-7 working days

SHIPMENT TRACKING

As soon as MAISON COMMON has sent your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the forwarder. The shipment status can then be tracked via this link with a slight delay.
