You can return your purchased items free of charge within 14 days of delivery, if you follow the free standard process in the section below.

RETURN POLICY

The right of return only applies to unworn, unwashed and faultless items. Please make sure not to remove or damage the attached labels. Personalized items cannot be returned.

FREE STANDARD RETURNS:

STEP 1

Please send the cancellation form by e-mail to [email protected] to inform us about your return or the wish to withdraw from the contract. Please enter the reason for the return in the form; we want to continuously improve our service.

STEP 2

We will then immediately send you the return label of the forwarder, which should be attached to the outside of the package. With this sticker, the return is free of charge and is automatically sent to the correct recipient address.

In case you choose another method of return, you will bear the costs yourself.

STEP 3

Please pack the item safely and carefully in the original packaging, if possible, and attach the return label to your package.

STEP 4

Please hand in the parcel to the correct forwarder (which you got a label from). Please keep the issued return slip until we have confirmed receipt of your shipment.

STEP 5

As soon as we have received the package, you will get informed by e-mail and the purchase amount will be refunded immediately.

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE

‍The refund will be made in the form of the same payment method as the purchase. The time of the refund depends on the respective payment method or credit card, but is immediate from our side. For all further questions, please contact our customer service at [email protected]
